Reimbursement Management
ReFOCUSed Business Consulting helps to facilitate funding success through an eligibility evaluation for your company. The necessary data is gathered to prepare your application and represent you with the State review panel. Once you are approved for funding, our administrators provide your training schedules, manage outside trainers and contracts, and assist you with processes to document your employer training hours. The submission of paperwork is taken care of by our administrators so you receive your timely reimbursement check.
No Up-Front Cost
The service is provided on a contingency basis – a small percentage of the training subsidy is invoiced so that you receive funding from the State of California. You pay after you are approved for funding and complete the training.
